2 months agoAdmitted my wife in emergency for unbearable headache. Despite being admitted in emergency, the doctor arrived 2 hours later. Till then NaCl and injections were being given. Patient wasn’t attended by any doctor. Emergency treatment went useless and we had a sleepless night that day.Next day morning we consulted Neuro department in the hospital after being treated with pain killer again in emergency. Infact they had did some good job of attending us with due care. Nurse Ms. Poongothai was so kind and helpful. Understanding the situation, she helped us get to the doctor with minimal wait time as possible. Thanks mam.MRI was bit costly to us. Maybe it’s just for us, but ₹10,800 for a single part MRI is high for us and no film was given. Only soft copy.Overall, it’s an okish experience. We were billed total of ₹17K around for the entire headache treatment.

2 weeks agoWe got the best service from their side, they take the immediate actions, in case of any queries. We stay in hospital around 6-8 days for my father's operation, the doctors and the nurse's give maximum treatment for him to cure and they don't get frustrated about the questions we ask one by one.From the beginning and to the end they take the responsibility for the patient and give the most of the services they had, they keep clam and quite while we asking our questions regarding the treatments and the tablets they given etc.., They clearly explain the treatment like what they do before and after operation and cure treatment and give the perfect explanation about the sick we got.

All the tests and checkups were well coordinated.. we are very satisfied with the hospitality and caring staff and sisters especially in Special D ward.. they all are amazing.. Dr.N.Senthilvel doctor is excellent in all ways.. he is an extraordinary person with kind and humble.. the way he approaches his patients is great.. all housekeeping staffs maintains a healthy atmosphere by cleaning.. The dietitians have a special concern on their patients health and takes care of them.. Food for patients are delivered in a correct timings and served politely.. Hats off to you guys.. 👏🏻

a week agoOne of the best hospitals in Coimbatore with all the facilities. Hospital staffs are very co operative. I should say about the insurance department , they did a fantabulous job while processing the insurance bcoz initially my claim got rejected due to some reasons. But they tried again and I got cashless claim with help of them. Hats off to the team. Rooms and neat and clean.
