Dr. Anna is super professional. I would like to express my deep gratitude for her professionalism, individual approach and magical hands! I am very afraid of injections, but not with her.
The procedure was comfortable, Dr. Anna used only high-quality and safe materials. After each session, I felt refreshed and confident.
I highly recommend this wonderful specialist!
Positives:
• the clinic is well decorated & clean
• i liked the results of my filler treatment
• they were punctual with appointment times (very short waiting time)Negatives:• extremely overpriced compared to other reputable clinics• they tried to charge me a consultation fee again even though i had already paid it via a link sent to me through whatsapp. They were unprofessional about it when confronted with this issue.• they keep calling me every couple of weeks to ask about the result of treatment. I appreciated that the first time they called, but it has now been months since i did my treatment & they are still routinely calling me for that same reason. It’s getting annoying at this point.
The doctor is very rude. And very racist. I was ready to pay any price but she and her assistant spoke to me like I can't afford their clinic. I was on time for my appointment and they made me wait for 2 hours!!! So not worth it. There is only doctor and they booked more than 20 patients at the same date and time. Horrible experience I did not do the lips with her only because she didn't even wait to hear what I want. She was just rushing to leave the room and attend the next patient. So inconsiderate and very unprofessional.
They are just behind money and booking million people at the same time. The worst clinic ever!!! Doctor is very rude and unprofessional. Does not listen to patients concerns. She had a lot of unsatisfied customers that day. Lot of arguments and refunds for wrongfully injecting people's faces. Never go to this clinic. I have her the benefit of the doubt and waited for 2.5 hours for my turn but after seeing how the doctor speaks to patients, I realised she doesn't care about your wellbeing.
I took an appointment to do a laser session that I had already seen the doctor for previously. I came on time and expected the nurse to take me in straight away. Instead the receptionist said I had to see the new doctor first. Why? I have already seen a doctor and everything is in my file. Needless to say there was no respect for appointment times and I was made to wait in a room full of people who had appointments with the doctor!! After an hour I complained and they said fine we will take you to the specialist who instead of performing the procedure I came in for tried to sell me various products and advised me to change my treatment plan! Obviously having a clinic in a fancy place does not mean they are up to standards unfortunately.
