The building design of Jaber Hospital’s outpatient facility, while aesthetically beautiful, poses a significant safety risk. The building has 3 floors, yet there are no accessible stairs to move between them, forcing everyone to rely on slow, overcrowded elevators. This situation creates serious delays and frustration for patients.Even more concerning is the hidden and poorly maintained fire exits. On one occasion, I attempted to use a fire exit and, after much searching, found the stairs. However, when I reached the ground floor, I discovered that the doors were jammed or locked, and the same issue occurred on other floors. I nearly got trapped inside.To make matters worse, I just used the elevator today, and it got stuck on us! For a new hospital, this is incredibly lousy and dangerous. It’s alarming that a hospital—a place where safety should be paramount—lacks such basic safety measures. The design flaw in the outpatient building needs to be addressed urgently to prevent potential disasters in the future.
Very bad experiences we have... The building is amazing but the work flow is so slow my patinets were ICU and CCU critical cases and their work was hell slow and most of the time we had to fight.. Only the staff nursing was amazing but the doctors were like stars you can see them but not reach to them and careless. I don't recommend this hospital for any patient.
I was quarantined during the Covid-19 there with my mother, not as a patient but as a companion. So I couldn't see much around the hospital because I wasn't allowed to go out of the room during quarantine, but I can tell, when I got in and out of the hospital, that it's huge, well made and kind of goves you a hotel vibe when you walk around!! It even has a working area for residents (it has computers and desks).
The meals are good and almost different each time!!my meals were different from the patient meal, and they accepted to fulfill some requests like brown bread for me, and omelette instead of hard boiled eggs)
During my stay, the staff was very good. Well mannered and professional with their work. They were all very friendly and the doctors as well!!
My mother (the patient) was very relaxed and comfortable during her stay alhamdulillah💖
