I had an excellent experience with Dr. Arun Sivaraman. He is a highly positive and polite individual. We consulted him for my mother, and he conducted a thorough diagnosis with great patience, subsequently providing a clear and effective remedy. Additionally, Nurse Mahalakshmi offered exceptional support throughout the entire process.

Recently I had a treatment for viral fever and cold. Treatment wise ok, doctors were so kind and explain the progress and course of action next. It is really good. But other services, they have to improve.1. For patient from hospital itself, they are providing food, but the quality of food is totally bad. If some had that food he/she will become patient easily. 2. No TV functioning in rooms. Maintenance they came and asked no further action taken to resolve it. 3. Rest rooms smells horribly, they are cleaning daily basis but due to some outlet pipe or some blockage in outlet in rest rooms smells badly. 4. Dietician has to understand the patient and get input from doctor for patient what type of food they can provide, instead she is asking available items from hotel menu.Considering this I am giving 2 stars, hope they will improve near and future.

I consulted Dr. Arun Shivaraman for my migraine issue which I had for many years. He is very professional and nice and the tablets he prescribed for me on the first visit reduced my migraine significantly. I used to have a migraine for 20 to 25 days a month but after the consultation, I only had the headache 3 times in 2 months. I am dearly thankful for Dr. Arun Shivaraman for his work. If you have any neurological issues he is the best in town.

I was advised to take a test for vertigo by Dr. Arun Shivaraman, neurologist of NG hospital staff some six months back . He is one of the leading neurologists at this point of time in coimbatore i reckon . Added to this ,when I was asked to take a vertigo test, the neuro equilibrium staff, one m/s Anu was very warm and cordial and made the tedious testing process very comfortable by her innate qualities. She is sincere, dedicated and clears the patient's doubts and apprehensions with ease ..Overall a big thumbs up to the hospital, doctors and the staffs alike.

We came to NG Hospital when my mom was having chest pain. Doctor observed some changes in treadmill ECG and suggested Angio. After angio, few blocks were identified and bypass surgery was suggested. We took a second opinion in a different hospital and they suggested the same.My mom had bypass surgery in NG and she is doing well now. The entire Operation Theatre team and ICU team took care of my mom very well. We received good support for insurance claim as well. The final bill was also reasonable compared to other hospitals.Thanks a lot to the to the entire team for the help and care.Only issue we had was canteen food. For attenders, the canteen food quality is not good. It would be really helpful for people if it can be improved. Otherwise, overall my mom received good care and she is doing well now. Thanks a lot to everyone.
