2 months agoRooms are pretty.clean and decent. Ac was not working in our family room and we complained multiple times. Finally by night 12 am after complaining repeatedly that ac was till not working they gave us alternate room. Breakfast options are standard and good. Please have the complaint addressed the first time and not try to suppress the customer.

a month agoPlease don't book this hotel through online or through call. If you are with your family and confirmed your booking through this hotel phone number, they will make you false promises. And once you reach the hotel and asked for your booking they will deny you straight forward. Now imaging what you will do when you have a family with you. People at reception are also arrogant and don't consider your problem.* My submission don't believe these hotel people. They are not the men of words.

a month agoVery worst experience. They didn't have proper car parking, They asked me to park the car on the roadside. But they mentioned they had car parking. They don't have house keeping at night. If you need water after 10.00pm it means you have to go to reception and ask them for water. You are not allowed to take water. They will go and take the water and give it to you. The water heater will only work from 6.to 10.30am. The staff's behaviour was very bad and they were treating the guests in a very bad manner. I am requesting hotel management to provide training to their team how to treat the guest's.

2 months agoDEPRESSING!! This the most tiny room in the world the ceiling is only 7 feet, lighting is too dull and has a very depressing feeling in there. Not worth the cost, it's worth three quarters the price. They don't even have tea coffee service in the room.PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AGED PEOPLE HERE!!
