Let's talk frankly for a while. I have read Most of the negative and positive comments in the Reviews, I'd like to say That in most Big private clinics in kuwait , Even hospitals. There are also disadvantages and advantages, & this is A very healthy thing in order to praise the advantages and eliminate the defects in the Future & work on it . Metro Medical staff is at the Most level of ethics, humility and hospitality i ever seen in kuwait very excellent services from the smallest worker. To all the receptionists especial named Mrs: Rini ( hope i remembered The name right ) one of the most addicted to the perfect Customer services (FO) , to the nurses, to The manager on duty, specially the staff of Fahaheel Branch, Doctors in the Fahaheel branch, have most respect, care, especially Dr. Abdul Aziz, Dr. Samira, and Dr. Bobby, & for all of the above, plus also Something very important the level of service = Equaled to the Fees is considered one of the best private clinics services in Kuwait, which Reach to all levels of expatriate workers and citizens in Kuwait 🇰🇼 .((( This review was written based on personal experience. Several times, we may agree or disagree according to what we went through )))Wish all of your will be always healthy and safe .

Radiology consultation: Recently I had a worst experience with dr.Fazeel Ibrahim. I went there for my ultrasound and anomaly scan. Previously another doctor treated us very well. Continuously explaining the baby and baby’s movements. But we had a very less communication with Dr. Fazeel For both ultrasounds we couldn’t see the baby. Dr. Fazeel Ibrahim didn’t show us our baby’s proper view. And didn’t explained us about our baby’s overall view. Seriously not recommended at all.

If You have an Insurance Card take my word and don’t go cause they will force you to do all sorts of unnecessary test just because you have an insurance , Shifa is a better option.

I come at 5:50 pm for a follow-up appointment with the doctor. The second-floor receptionist informed me that there are six patients waiting, which initially seemed fine. However, after waiting for 3.5 hours, I noticed that patients who arrived after me were being seen by the doctor before me. I approached the receptionist to inquire about this and she explained that patients who had brought reports were being prioritized for follow-up visits. I found this response to be unacceptable. While I must commend the doctor for their amazing care, I believe there is room for improvement in the reception management. It is important to remember that every single person who walks into the hospital is a patient and should be treated equally.

Consulted Dr. Annie varghese - dermatologist. My feedback is that doctor should speak with patient in detail to understand the concern. Doctors should take more time to treat one patient throughly. Disappointed. Just prescribing medicines and telling to follow is not a preferable practice.. need to explain that this is ur problem , this can be solved in diffferent methods like that so the patient should feel positive that the problem will resolve soon. This way will feel to come back to visit..
