If I could give zero stars, I would for Marriott Executive Apartments. We booked this hotel a month in advance for a group of seven adults, including a pregnant woman, expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. To our shock, the hotel canceled our booking without any prior notice, leaving us stranded upon arrival.
Upon arrival, we were told that there were no available rooms and that they were "sold out." Only one room was available and we all stayed together in one room and we are seven adults!! Despite our reservation, they offered us no alternatives or accommodations, leaving us with no place to stay. There was no explanation, no effort to find a solution, and no accountability from the staff. The pregnant member of our group was left stressed and exhausted, and the lack of professionalism and empathy from the hotel was appalling.
This experience was unacceptable and completely ruined our vacation from Dubai to Al Kuwait. I strongly advise others to avoid Marriott Executive Apartments if they are visiting Al Kuwait — their disregard for their guests and complete lack of support is truly shameful.
I have been booked the apartment suite for 30days. And the rooms and all excellent and no doubt in that since it is an international hotel. But when I asked to serve breakfast to the room, they strictly said no. Also one day I have asked to provide 10mins earlier than the planned time, but they said they couldn't make. And they told that they don't have employees to provide room service. I have been in few countries in apartment suite where this is the first experience where they refused to give room service.
I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment.Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Very good hotel with professionals staff and services rooms are new and clean, and the hotel location is great the newest mall just under the hotel and can be accessed from the hotel lobby special thanks to the all the guys from the front desk to guys at the parking areas all of them were very helpful, the only thing i wished if the valet parking was free
The hotel is inside the mall and is very suitable for families. It feels like you are at home. The reception, service and food are excellent. The staff are friendly. Transportation is provided upon request. I highly recommend trying to stay there
