3 months agonurse's demeanor lacks hospitality and responsiveness. She only seems to repeat "Wait, wait," even in emergencies (bone fractured for my mom for walking on the road to the nearby XRay centre, they should have communicated and informed before) and only spoke for the payment and forgot medicines. Additional nurse should be appointed to manage patient care, lab testing, billing, and pharmacy needs. If the doctor has less attitude and they communicate politely and explain treatments for better care that would be nicer

12 months agoLast 27 years my mother was struggling with lungs problem. We are from kerala. We took treatments from many places, dint get a proper result. Atlast from gems hospital they recomended this clinc. To be honest this is a blessing for my mother. She treated well. Doctor, staff all are well behaved and as we are from kerala they gave us telephonic assistance also. Sunday they are open, so like me -woking peoples can do check up in off days also. i have also same health issue, with the previous good experience i also started treatment here.thanks to the doctor and whole team. I strongly reccomend this place for better treatment. .
