Good hospital with good doctors and respectful staff, I have been there many times and so happy with their service. They accept walk-ins, took my son to the pediatric emergency few times, the waiting time was short and the nurses were so kind to him.
During my recent visit to Kuwait Hospital’s emergency department, I encountered significant delays that impacted my experience and raised concerns about service efficiency. Upon arrival, I was informed by staff that the expected wait time to see a doctor would be approximately 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour without any additional communication or updates regarding the delay.Throughout this period, I observed that patients who arrived and registered after me were being called in first. When I approached the staff for clarification, I was informed that there was only one doctor on duty in the emergency department, leading to prolonged wait times for all patients.
1. Inaccurate Wait Time Estimation
2. Unclear Patient Priority Process
3. Limited Medical Staffing
While I understand that emergency departments can experience high demand, clear communication and effective staffing are essential to provide quality care and maintain patient trust. I hope Kuwait Hospital will take this feedback into consideration to improve service standards for all patients.
Kuwait Hospital is a private multi-specialty hospital built in 2005.providing premium healthcare services. Its well-acclaimed health enterprise and one of the leading healthcare systems in Kuwait.
The staff is very well behaved
. It also gives good confidence
A belief that has not even the slightest fear comes into us unknowingly.
The courage of the mind is what they give us in this hospital
Worse pediatric department, care for child is terrible. Would never recommend taking your child there. Al Salam hospital has better doctors and great care for children. They are much more experienced.
