I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff seemed to have an attitude of superiority, and there was a complete lack of responsiveness towards patients. I had to wait for nearly three hours just to get a sugar test report from the blood sample collection center, which is completely unacceptable. As paying patients, we expect to be treated with respect and urgency. The long wait times and poor customer service need to be addressed. I hope the hospital will make improvements in both their staff's attitude and their efficiency in patient care

Here treatment is good. But when doctor asked us to take X-ray, since my mom cannot walk, were waiting for a wheelchair for long time. Even though I check multiple times about the wheel chair they saying we inform the respective team to bring wheelchair and we can't to anything if they delay it. They way they responded is like not at all caring about the patient.Finally I had to get the wheelchair on my own and went to the radiology department.

Karpagam hospital's personalized care is impressive. The manager meets every patient for feedback. I suggested toilet improvements on my previous visit and they've been resolved. Great job
