    May I know how to file formal complain??? It has been more than 48 hours. Yet, I haven't received my money. (two days ago 1130am I came with my child for professional health issues. The, I paid the amount of 10kd using my credit card, the reception guy told me it is not working. I saw him he swipe and insert my visa card on machine. And then OK may be it is not working by that time. I game him my local card and charge for 10kd.) after few minutes I received a notice that I was charge on visa card, I imform the reception about it. And he double check the machine at literally saw that he has extra 10kd. I told him to. Give me cash 10kd and I will be OK. He said he do not have cash and I said what will I do. (he even blame me about my visa card he told me why use The credit card visa. I told him it is my card and why am I not going to use it.) I trepeat just give cash and I will be OK. He called finance he said, and I was informed to wait for 24 hour. Or I need to come back the next day. Really. I need to wait 24 hours to claim my money for which it is the jarallah staff mistake. Aor option to comeback personally to get the money. Are you guys kidding. I need to excerpt effort on a mistake that the staff of jarallah made... OK given, I acknowledge. And yesterday 28hours pass when I do follow-up I was inform wait again for next day (via personal number) today 48 hours no update. Literally, it is jarallah mistake and I am really the one that needs to do follow-up like I am the one begging to return the money were it is their the jarallah made a mistake. To day contacted the person and no respond and when I called customer services they do not know how to handle the issue as they said for now 329pm pediatric department is closed. (really, this is happening if the staff is not fully aware how to handle money transaction do not put the and do not let them work. It is creating problem for patient for the jarallah itself. Just send me link 10kd and I will be just fine. If I will come to the pay for my transportation and for the time I will excert just to claim the money where the staff taken from me. Simple problem yet it cannot be fixed on the spot. Just because I am not Arabic I am being treated lightly. Instead having apologetic, for the inconvenience the staff had cause me. I was being blame for using. My credit card..
