I recently had the unfortunate experience of being transferred from another hospital due to the incompetence of their medical staff. However, I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALFrom the moment I arrived, the nurses and doctors were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They swiftly assessed my situation and provided the necessary treatment with kindness and expertise. Each member of the medical staff demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care, making me feel safe and valued during a vulnerable time.The communication was excellent, with clear explanations of my condition and the treatment plan. Their determination to ensure I received the best possible emergency care was evident, and it truly made a difference in my recovery. Terrible experience with obs&gyn. My wife was more confused than knowing what is going on with our baby. Although everything was fine they made us worry a lot for no reason. No communication between the doctors. We asked for a refund… 2months and still no answer.

Today, I visited the International Hospital for an appointment with Dr. Mohammad H. Malik, Gastroenterology. He was very professional and took the time to thoroughly understand my problem. It’s rare to find doctors like him in Kuwait. I also visited the gynecology department with my wife, and the doctor there was also good and professional. Everything was great, but I felt the standard charges were a bit high. The 30 KD charge for a regular ultrasound seemed expensive, especially when prices at other places are way cheaper. Some centers even offer 4D ultrasounds for 25 KD. Overall, I liked the hospital, but I hope the management can make it more affordable for everyone.

I’m a basketball player and I had a severe chronic injury in my right ankle and it needed surgery but they had an amazing team with the help of Dr. Nader & Dr. Mohammed, I was able continue the season with the right rehabilitation plan.

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the treatment my daughter received at this hospital recently.On 19 June we brought our daughter to your hospital with a high fever. After initial assessments, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. However, the antibiotics prescribed were very basic and did not seem adequate for her condition. Despite our concerns, the treatment continued for four days without significant improvement. Unfortunately, her condition worsened, and the infection spread to more parts of her lungs.Given the deteriorating situation, we sought further assistance from the Ministry of Health, where she received the appropriate care she needed.We are deeply troubled by the inadequate treatment and the risk it posed to our daughter's health. We expect higher standards of care and a more proactive approach to such serious conditions. I will never go to this hospital for any medical treatments for sure. In my understanding this hospital is mainly focused on plastic surgeries and related treatments. The only thing I would like the caring of nurses.
