I come back to this hotel every month, as part of my work, and I could call it my second home. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, everyone is eager to help you. The breakfast buffet is very great, many options to choose from, and chef Ahmed is the best, always looking to make sure you have everything you need.

Rooms are clean but tiny. No face towels. When I asked, they said it would be available on demand! When I asked for them, they replied that face towels are not available due to shortage in stock!!! Every day was the same story! The location is good as it stands next to "Hamra Tower," the tallest skyscraper in Kuwait.

It was two weeks of very good stay. Very friendly staff. Nice environment. Very clean room. Specially appreciate the room service attended for my room. He was very polite and taken care of professionally. All the staff met was very helpful, smiling and greeting always. Food is nice. Tasty. I'm sure I will visit next time.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The food was decent, though there is room for improvement.I would like to especially thank Dinar, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. Dinar was always attentive and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience during my month-long stay.Thanks.

Very good experience in the hotel specially for long time stay The hotel is clean and the guys are helpful everywhere. The breakfast have much variety and Chef Ahmed is a very helpful person and always cheerful and help all the guests and even can prepare any meal with your personal preference.
