Good maintenance and cleaning staff is good. Mr.Govind makes the room super clean.I check in this hotel every year thrice for business visits.The won't give good view rooms. They allot the rooms selectively.Food is very good and in center of the city.
Good hotel, quite clean and cared although a bit old style furniture. Well located in city center, good for business. A special mention to Mr. Haythem and Mr. No mesh for helping me with late check out and support during my stay. Restaurant and room service very good. Breakfast quite good only matter is cooking omelets cause dresses stink after finishing. Suggested non to go with final day dress.

This hotel is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Anton was a huge help and really sweet, he made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time here, and the service was perfect. Everyone was so welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. They were there for us whenever we needed something. The service was amazing and truly on top. Every staff memeber deserves a reward. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay. Everything was perfect and VERY CLEAN. its a 5 minute walk fron mubarakiya. Perfect location.
