One of the best four seasons in the world. I stayed is several four season around the world but this one is really different. You can feel the difference and professional talent from the valet parking to the front desk all the way to the room. I was really amazed with the quality and the front desk staff level of professionalism. The products they use in the toilet are so good and smell great.
My experience was unexpectedly disappointing, and this is certainly not the level of service and quality associated with Four Seasons. Having used Four Seasons in other locations, I can confidently say that what I experienced here does not reflect the high standards and values this global brand represents. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity to improve and restore the experience to its renowned standard. Save your money, this is not Four Season.
The four season Kuwait City has no respect for the guests what so ever. Can you imagine we are booked for 3 nights. We arrived late at night . The first day they had 3 events one of them is a graduation party for 1000 ppl. The lobby was backed. The entrance of the hotel was blocked completely, it was hard to get in or out. And tonight going back to our room thinking of a quiet night and guess what there is a wedding in the suite among the guests rooms a wedding, with music and maids serving going in and out at the 18 floors. Is is the first and last time.
From the people at reception to the people at the gym and those who come to your room to help with smaller queries, this is without doubt the best hotel in the world. Add to that world class facilities and the general friendliness of Kuwaitis and you get an environment that is equally difficult to leave every time you visit.

The design is beautiful, and the team here were professional.Disappointed with the buffet! Was expecting something better! One shrimp dish tasted burned!
