Worst health care management in the world I have never seen before if you have any health issues please go to other hospitals but don’t go to this one very careless and uneducated doctor who doesn’t even know how to treat a patient they are just fake ones and this kind of stupid doctors are just asking you for how many days you need as a sick leave I request to the Kuwait government for taking action on this matter (I was suffering from higher fever for 3 days every day I am taking injection but not feeling any improvement in my health )
Bad service, why no information saying every Sunday only for those who have appointment, I came to this clinic on Saturday and ask about opening a file for pregnant, she just only said comeback tomorrow morning, why she didn’t say need appointment for that? Do you know I’m 8 months pregnant and you are wasting my money for taxi and my time?
I have visited this clinic at 2 months (9 wks) of my wife's pregnancy. I reached ground floor receiption at ~ 7:40 and requested for a pregnancy file opening. Responsible person guided me to go to right side counter of 1st floor! After waiting there for ~ 10-15 minutes, a person came and we approached for a pregnancy file opening with civil ID and K-net. Responsible person refused to open file just after 2 months of pregnancy and told us to come after 1 month (after 3 months of pregnancy)! I told her, one of my colleagues came here after 2 months of his wife's pregnancy, opened file and consulted doctor! This is why we have also come here after two months of pregnancy! She said "Impossible, It is impossible to open a pregnancy file before 3 months"! Being frustrated we came back to home!In last month, one of my colleagues, visited this clinic at 2 months of his wife's pregnancy, opened pregnancy file and consulted doctor. In this case, he paid 2 KD by K-net in ground floor receiption/counter without saying anything about pregnancy, directly went to gynaecology section, opened pregnancy file and consulted doctor.Why procedure is different for 2 different persons, though situation is same!!Surprising! Procedure to be well defined and established. Every patient to be treated equally according to the correct procedure.Takeaway :
Pregnancy file opening and gynaecologist consultation only on Monday and Wednesday Morning after 3 months of Pregnancy.
In recent years after having numerous Healthcare Providers/Centers mostly Private, the Government Health Services have improved as well. Situated in Block 5, Farwaniya, the Ministry of Health Authorities can still give a facelift to the entire facade Inside and Outside and make Healthcare premises livelier.Presently, the place will make you feel down when one is already down with illness. Some of the Reception fellas are fearful characters - ill mannered, reckless and its like they are doing us a big favor by giving the Med. Slip. Imagine if the Entry fees were free!🤓yet some others are really good Administrators. The biggest hassles and only drawback of these Clinics for Dental service is the long wait period. They (the helpers/peons) tell you to be present early mornings just to get the token number and nobody of the staffs are present at the Dental Reception till 7:30am. You need number for the evening should be there by 1:00pm as told by the Dentist and when you there, nobody at the Reception desk, so again sit and waste of time! The reason i came to know later was- in a large Clinic only a small A4 size information posted in Arabic stating the Dental Reception opens at 2:00pm and keep your civil ID ready. Is it really necessary to sit because the cost is less i wonder?🤔 Then comes the Dentist turn to be gentle or not to be and sometimes the Lab Tech's for Xray section!! They can be pretty rude and irksome at times when addressing patients sitting and waiting for their turn. If by chance you have no number go back and come next day.. what a misery for Working class! Hope the Ministry can do and get more better than how the current Admin practice is going on! At the end of it all gets down to nominal fees and some best Doctors for your teeth to make you smile and get rid of the pain after all the painstaking visits,clueless info..yet much needed facility -The MOH for expatriates as they say Health is real Wealth!! All said and done we need it!🤩🌞🤲💪👊
