I had my dad's knee replacement surgeries done here, one on each knee, with just a 5-day gap between them. It's been three weeks now, and we are very happy with the care he received. He was discharged last Tuesday and is doing well, with a smile on his face. Dr. Muthu Saravanan, Dr. Sathya Moorthy, and their team took great care of him. The hospital is clean, and the staff is very helpful. I would also like to appreciate the management, billing team, pharmacy staffs, duty nurses, and cleaning staffs for their excellent service. I recently had a stay at Dr Muthu’s Hospital for Urinary Calculi and wanted to share my experience. The nursing staff and junior doctors were wonderful. The nurses were well-trained, patient-oriented, and attentive, making me feel genuinely cared for. The junior doctors were always supportive and approachable, willing to answer any questions I had and offering a sense of reassurance.However, I faced several challenges that impacted my overall experience. The senior doctors and department heads seemed unavailable for patient rounds, and I didn’t receive proper feedback following my diagnosis like Ecocardiography and Lower Abdominal ultrasound tests .During my ultrasound tests, the technician was the one explaining the results rather than the main doctor. It was disappointing that the specialists whom I expected to provide thorough explanations and guidance, were often busy, leading to extended waiting times and they didn’t even turn up to give me an assurance of my conditionsThe dietary plan for my diagnosed disease was also not provided and my questions regarding the same was not adequately addressed either, which I found concerning. My personal room was clean and well-maintained, which was a relief, but the common restroom facilities were unhygienic and left a lot to be desired.On a positive note, the hospital’s nurses, insurance advisors, and public relations officers were extremely customer-oriented, providing support and clarity whenever I needed assistance.Overall, while the hospital has a supportive and well-trained team of nursing and junior staff, there are areas for improvement, especially concerning specialist availability, giving patient feedback and consultation from senior doctors, and restroom hygiene.

Hi everyone,My mother got bone issues and past more than 10 years suffered in pain and with reference to hospital staff Sathish got a chance to meet Dr. Saravana sir and he explained the situation, instructed to replace both hip joints for replacement, based on his word two years back for one side we completed surgery and that works, working fine. In 2024, we underwent another leg surgery.With God's grace and the support of doctors, it went well. Mom started to walk.
