I have been a client at the clinic for a couple of years now, previously their work was incredible and I kept coming back for a certain treatment. Unfortunately about a week ago I did a pico laser treatment like I always do to help rejuvenate my lips, after 5-9 days absolutely nothing happened. My lips did not peel and there was no usual symptoms of swollen lips/irritation and finally peeling. I have completely wasted my money on this appointment and when I raised the concern, at first the call center wouldn’t even answer the phone, and now I keep asking them if they did anything about my complaint they say we will get back to you and absolutely nothing happened since. It’s been two weeks now and I wasted the treatment on the clinic. They’ve unfortunately lost a customer.
I have mixed feelings ~ I had a hydrafacial done. It was refreshing and the staff were friendly. But they are using “alice super bubble” machine (made in china) and not the original american hydrafacial machine which left me very disappointed. The treatment was overpriced for a made in china experience.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and wouldn’t go there again.
