This is my second or third time in this hotel. My previous experience was great. This time the service was good but unfortunately, my bed was very uncomfortable. I informed the staff, and they added a mattress topper, but it did not make a difference. I ended up moving to another hotel due to back pain.

I don’t know how to describe my experience, but all I can say is disaster , I’ve been traveling for almost 15 years and I have been covering 132 countries so far I’m putting in consideration. I’m from Kuwait. I’m a Kuwaiti. Why my experience is disaster. I’ll put it on points and head notes.:-1- The rooms are super old with an old tech2-No complementary No matter what although consideration, we book more than seven masters rooms and a honeymoon suite we paid more than usual actually we hold my sister‘s wedding next to them belong to themWe simply spend more than 25,000 KD3- room service and food service is below average the kitchen need to be improved4-When I arrive to my father’s room, they just put him two bottle of water. My father is seven years old man. His English is not that good and known tech technologies is not that good as well. And he’s a diabetic I get inside my father‘s room and I saw him shaking and all what’s in front of him is water and sugar because they didn’t put anything there And when I called the room service or the front desk, you know what they say ridiculous excuse ( Sorry, we don’t provide that only for honeymoon !!! Honeymoon my father is the bride father almost die inside your room, and you’re saying to me we only provide that for honeymoon??? After we spend more than 25,000 Kuwaiti dinars )5- I wish he didn’t answer me that way I wish he said to me we don’t have it. I wish he lied at me at least this way I will never know. He’s really rude and he says to me this is the policy of the hotel!!! I’m staying in another hotel and I swear to God every time they fix my bed they put either a chocolate or a plate of fruit and they are not five stars6- if there’s anything I advise you is don’t ever think about moving or staying in this hotel. At least we’re now until they fix up everything.

Excellent location with nearby NBK towers and Al Hamra tower also assima mall is nearby nice view from top floors. Pool has hot water and everything is clean maintained. Regarding breakfast its the best and varieties of dishes served including arabic western Indian etc so that you won't get bored especially for long term stays.i stayed 1 month and take along good memories.
