The location is amazing.
The staff is brilliant.The management closed the swimming pool as “it’s costly” while keeping promoting they have a swimming pool.
Like seriously, why you keep promoting that you have a swimming pool while you’re closing it?The furniture is poor.The restaurant is inadequate.Several shortage in staff.
A new, well-managed hotel in Kuwait city that lives up to its name.We stayed here for 10 days with a pleasant experience and warm hospitality. Their rooms are spacious, well-maintained, with spectacular city views. We were provided with amenities like iron, microwave, etc upon request. Hotel lobby and common areas are lavishly decorated. The 10 floors can quickly accessed thru 3 lifts.Staff are friendly, courteous, responsive, and even printed out a list of eateries nearby to order outside food. Hotel has 2 fine dining restaurants within the building where guests can dine.Overall, no regrets in choosing City View and would certainly recommend it to business and leisure travelers to Kuwait.
Fantastic place and highly recommended. The only reason i did not give it full 5 stars is that the bed pillows were hard and large and not comfortable at all. I hope management takes notes and consider changing them. Otherwise, friendly and helpful employees and enjoyable stay.
The staff was nothing short of wonderful. Friendly and always at your service. And very nice with the kids. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in Kuwait City.
