a month agoVery Disappointed with Unprofessional Behavior and Price ChangeWe initially chose this clinic due to its professional reputation, but unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. My mom visited the clinic for melasma treatment, and the procedure and pricing were explained clearly at first. She was told that three sittings would be enough, with each sitting costing around ₹10,000.However, during her second visit, she was informed by Dr. Abirami that the price for the second sitting would now be ₹33,000, which was a huge discrepancy from the original information provided. When my mom asked about this sudden change, the doctor responded in an unprofessional and sarcastic manner, mocking her and stating that price details would be communicated at the first visit in the future.This lack of transparency and professionalism was very disappointing. I expected better communication and respect for the patient's concerns. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to improve its customer service and maintain the trust of its clients. On top this, the appointment was at 11:30 am, the doctor was not in the clinic at that time, came in almost after an hour and they charged 450 rs for the doc consultation. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!!
