The place is big and tidy. Service is quick and accommodating. All staff have a smile on their face and welcoming. There are many different services offered including dermatology procedures and consultations with the internal and family doctors. All were professional and I was satisfied with their work.
The clinic does PCR tests
The girl at the reception is obviously incapable of doing simple thing - she gives advantage to other people, who came a lot later than I did, she can't fill out the medical forms properly and in order to cover for her failures she is obviously lying - in overal a very disrepectful and shameful behavior coming from a person who works with patients.Not to mention that I am 6 months pergnant and feeling unwell (she even wrote in the forms that I don't have symptoms even though I told her that I came because I HAVE the symptoms) still waiting for other pushy people who came after me to finish first.....The clinic doesn't deserve even this 1 star.
You need to retrain your staff or give advantage to people who actually care about their work.
If you're ready to lose tremendous amount of money in very such low service lack of information during consultation that requires 25 kd is a robbery by its own and clearly asked for a kidney diagnoses and a simple instruction of getting an x ray and got wrong feedback and charged another 40 kd in which i refused to pay and the environment is weird seems like you are in a dark place and when taken measurements for my height and weight it was completely off probably the scale is old and the height measurement were taken wrong by the nurses and it seems that everyone didnt wanna belong there theyre doing it for the job itself and if you want to get yourself checked find a hospital i dont call it a clinic it is much of a robbery
