It's easily the worst hospital in Kuwait, with only attention given to extort money from the patient. The doctors are ill mannered and pathetic with no affection, and the staff is confused and non cooperative. This is my third time in the hospital, and with each visit, the experience has been increasingly horrific. The doctors don't have the patience to listen to the patients' problems. The paediatrician Dr. Ahmad (cabin opposite to the lift) was terrible and, in a minute, concluded the problem without listening to us. Would recommend not to go and waste your money in this sub-standard hospital.
Folks, One of worst hospital in Kuwait, I have faced. Today I went to see the Dr. and hospital staff demanded upfront money. And this was never justified. As I was referred from an other Dr. of the same hospital.
No offence, but had a bad experience in the ENT with both doctors who cannot diagnose my ears issues and said I have something wrong in my brain, I did the MRI and there’s nothing wrong as they said. Turns out it’s just BPPV which is inner ear problem.
Took my son there for an X-ray and it took over an hour for him to be called. The X-ray itself took less than 2 minutes. I asked the reception why it took so long and she said there was ONE patient in front of us. As I mentioned, the x-ray only took minutes to complete. At this point we're there over an hour and a half so I asked if they can send me the report via WhatsApp and they said no problem. It has now been an hour and I still have not received it. This is the worst hospital I've been to in Kuwait and the service is horrible.
