The doctors are helpful. My experience was just ok, not great. The staff are generally polite and friendly. The lab doesn't have a lot of the necessary tests and doesn't seem professional.
No American trained doctors here. Not even for Pediatrics. So if you are an expat from the west, I am sorry to say they do not have any American trained Arab doctor. Which is odd since the word 'American' is in the name of the actual Medical Center. I go to them always for my own needs and they do not let me down, but I have to say that for Pediatrics we would prefer to have American trained doctors looking after my children. If you need or are looking for American trained doctors it's going to be very difficult. They are the best in their feilds but for some reason they are not being hired anywhere I ask or go to.
Good doctors but worst management and handling for appointments I always wait for an hour in spite of having an appointment
They don't care for patient's time and other responsibilities
