Mishref’s Oasis

I walk towards this area from Salwa Block 11 when the weather is decent and it has been a lovely journey. I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid in school and love seeing it after all these years being upgraded and slightly taken care of.I love the new features and installations but I truly wished they used better quality materials to fix the pathwalk and roads there because it’s been getting damaged pretty quickly.

Best and neatest place for walking and jogging. Jogging path good for skating for kids. Sports facilities seem to need membership. Wish other places in Kuwait have similar style parks.

This is a great place to unwind or do some physical activities. The place has multiple activities for children and adults. There are multiple playgrounds for football, basketball etc., plus multiple children playgrounds. The fenced off grounds can be booked while rest of the area is publicly accessible. There is plenty of parking. The place can get busy in the evening. Best time to enjoy a walk or a jog is in the morning.

DON'T GO HERE. The place is in an excellent location and has many facilities and playground areas. However, nothing is maintained, the majority of the slides and playground equipment are broken. The park is littered with trash, the bathrooms are filthy and the toilets do not flush. There was literally human droppings all around the toilet. A beautiful place gone to waste.

We used to go to this park 10 years ago, and I didn't realize it had been completely overhauled and upgraded! It is a very beautiful and functional park, with specific areas for different activities! Can't wait to go again!
