Money Hungry ClinicI wasn't well and visited the clinic for my medication. Once I got well after 4days.I called for the sick leave and the doctor wasn't available so asked me to get in touch with customer care. From that day onwards I have been with touch with the clinic and 20 days passed by. Today when I went to meet the doctor after taking leave from office they charged me consultation money to give me sick leave paper... this is the worst money hungry service I have seen in recent time.
With God's grace I am blessed with company insurance, and paying the 1.500 KD is not tough, but this is not about the money it is about ethics. If I didn't contact them for sick leave it my problem, but if doctor timing and my timings do not match, and customer care is not being a proper bridge why Do I have to pay to get a sick leave?Other be careful take sick leave paper from the doctor same time
Well well well,Clean and neat medical clinic. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
The place is systemized but I really do suggest you guys should start being paperless.Cheers 🍻

Very bare bones. Customer service is passable, not a very welcoming energy or feel, and appointments are never on time. What’s the point of making one if you end up waiting a minimum of half an hour on every visit? There’s also poor communication after you come for an appointment, and never a full explanation. I pay cash and come to a private clinic to get a better experience and that’s sadly not the case here. Consistently underwhelming.
Very reliable and on spot clinic for a quick health checkup, has everything to get you well. Great service and astounding doctors. For kids i’d say Dr. Mudasser Hafez is the best option and for adults I’d recommend Dr.Richard.Much Appreciated as always.
It is a well established clinic, with a variety of special care professions. The welcome and the Doctors available are some of the best in kuwait. Depending on your requirement, there is always someone to take care of you. They have a professional and experienced Gust Relations office Miss Kalzahar, who is always around to extend a warm welcome and assist every patient. She is an asset to the Clinic.
