I had an extremely positive experience with the hotel personnel. Due to my flight, I needed to check out early and accidentally left my favorite tailored shirt at the cleaning services. They took care of it and sent it expressly back to my home address with no additional cost. I was really happy about it! Not always will you experience this type of kindness to a client.I stayed in Kuwait for business, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The food was very good too. The hotel staff helped me with anything I needed. Very lovely experience! Thank you hotel Ramada! ❤️☺️
1/5 – Terrible Experience from Start to FinishMy stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait Downtown was far from satisfactory. The experience started off poorly with the airport transfer arrangements. Despite arriving along with my colleague, we were both made to wait over an hour at the airport for three passengers to arrive on two different flights, so the hotel could cram five people into one vehicle. Frustrated, we eventually decided to take a cab on our own to the hotel.Upon arrival, the ordeal continued. The front desk experience was dismal. Cherish, the receptionist, kept us waiting for 30 minutes even though we were already running late for a business meeting. No sense of urgency or professionalism was displayed.The rooms were substandard — far below expectations for a hotel under the Wyndham brand. The breakfast was another letdown, with a limited selection and half of the items needing replenishment, which took far too long.Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I will certainly not be returning to this property and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a smooth and professional stay in Kuwait.
I wish I could give five stars, but I had a terrible experience in my room! It is in 19th floor, and there is a kitchen and breakfast area in the upper floor. The noise of washing pots and pans after midnight is unacceptable!!! I changed the room at 02:00 to wake up at 07:00!
Had our family breakfast, and the buffet spread was good & more than worth the price. The ambiance is so relaxing. Wilma is so accommodating and hardworking. The lady chef in the live station is very pleasant to talk. Your executive chef Akhil attended well with our inquiries. Overall, excellent service! Keep it up! For sure for our repeat visit & recommendation to friends & family. God bless.
I stayed for 10 days in the hotel. Overall, the experience was great and the hotel was nice. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Chef nassef, Chef Sheena and dear Laxmi, those three went the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
