One of the best hotels in the heart of the city of Kuwait. It is an authentic hotel with amazing hospitality that feels like home whenever you go there !
I stayed at the St. Regis for one night in a suite and was thoroughly impressed with the room's comfort and luxury. However, the checkout process could be improved. It took about 45 minutes from the time I called for checkout until I actually left, including an unexpected 10-minute wait while they checked if I had used items from the minibar, which wasn't clearly marked as pay-to-use. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this hotel for its quality accommodations.
First, let me express my gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at the St. Regis for the following reasons:
• The politeness of the team and the professionalism of Christly, who welcomed me to my room and explained all its features and benefits, were exceptional. Her kindness and genuine communication skills are truly impressive.
• I also want to acknowledge the kindness and generosity of the housekeeping staff, who consistently left notes under my door and offered support at any time.
• Last but not least, I had the best in-room dining experience. The taste of the salmon was the best among all the hotels I've stayed in, and the setup and presentation of my dinner in the room were outstanding.
For all these reasons, rest assured that the St. Regis will be my destination of choice for all my upcoming business trips, and I will recommend it to all my Allergan Aesthetics colleagues.
On another note, I realized while unpacking my suitcase that my suit jacket was hung on one of the hotel hangers. I will return it on my next trip .
