2 months agoWe had visited this hospital couple of times for Urology related treatments. The doctors at Urology department were good, treated us well and explained the problems. Staffs and nurses were cooperative. Parking is available downstairs and enough space available. We don't need to worry about the food if you are visiting this hospital - hotel annadhas is available upstairs and very much affordable. Overall, I recommend this hospital for Urology related treatments.

2 weeks agoThis hospital truly provides an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Dr. Amutha Giridhar is simply remarkable. She has meticulously cared for my pregnancy journey, from the initial follicular study to a successful normal delivery. At 38, I’m now holding my miracle, and I owe it all to her. She has a wonderful team, Throughout my appointments, I never felt rushed; the JMO and staff consistently showed warmth, attention, and a genuine willingness to address my concerns. The services I received at GKNM during my stay were outstanding. Every member of the staff was wonderful—helpful, patient, and compassionate. They made certain that my preparation, delivery, and follow-up went seamlessly. Thank you to everyone involved.

6 months agoI had a generally positive experience at the hospital. The cardiologist and the surgeon provided excellent care, with thorough explanations and effective treatment. However, the pace of treatment was slower than expected, and the multiple checkups took quite a bit of time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hospital could be improved, particularly in the common bathrooms. Overall, while the medical care was commendable, addressing these areas could enhance the overall experience

in the last weekAvoid This Hospital at All Costs: A horrible ExperienceRating could be negative if available.I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my relatives horrific experience. The patients prolonged stay in the ICU was a never-ending nightmare due to the hospital's disregard for patient care .The hygiene standards inside the ICU were horrible. The nursing care was the worst, with staff displaying a lack of compassion, empathy, and basic medical competence. I even saw a nurse pick up the suction tube without even sterilizing it and put it into the patients mouth. The phlegm storage is not cleaned on time. Bed sores were developed. Lips turned black due to lack of oxygen. The doctor then persisted on treating the patient elsewhere just to get rid of the patient .It became painfully clear that this hospital prioritizes MONEY over patient well-being. They are more interested in running up the bill than providing quality care.We were shocked and disgusted by the hospital's negligence and greed. I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital in case there is a critical case. Pros:Good PRO Good and supportive insurance team Cons:- Extremely poor hygiene standards - worst nursing care. There were times when nurses even laugh at the patients as an act of mockery. - Incompetent staff - Prioritizes MONEY only over patientCurrent condition of the patient There is a very good response from the first day after the patient was shifted to another hospital. We hear so many wrong treatments /procedures done by GKNM through the doctors in the other hospital. What a shame!

in the last weekI came to consult doctor a long back, In billing section(Old building) an employee with continuous cough was without a mask, and no hand sanitizer was available in the desk. How a big hospital was unable to provide a mask and other safety measures for its staff. Additionally, the illness would spread to patient and co employee as well. The doctor's consultation was helpful, but the precautions weren't.
