It's been about 6 years that my father is getting treated for various issues here at KG. Have come across some friendly and empathic allopathy doctors. Dr TCR Ramakrishnan, Dr Raja, Dr NM Balakrishnan and Dr Elangovan Veerappan are the Dr's with whom I interacted alot and felt good. They have good ER and ICU doctors too. They spend enough time to clarify all questions.The hospital is clean and tidy. The staffs are caring. When consulting doctors, ask for options and manage your cost. The cost may be little high depends on with whom you are comparing with. For critical cases in ICU, I always thought there must be just one discussion in alternate days with patient attender with all treating doctors so that we get better clarity. This is is just my greed, but perhaps complex to manage time of all doctors together.

Good. went for annual MC... compared to Bangalore Ramaiya.. this is best

Poor service. No one is there to resolve issues. No complaint number too.

Insurance department and whole hospital staff are very caring and work very efficiently wil refer everyone who I know thank you

Doctors do try and help good, but sometime it feels they lack empathy, I am sure they understand and there is no intentional neglect on there part but the support staff create an atmosphere which underwhelms the efforts by Doc, I hope the support just dont take there positions for granted - they are the ones who create the ultimate feel good factor, even free service deserves its gratitude and respect, this is not just paid but may be not everyone can afford it.
